In these seminars, you will engage in intensive theoretical and practical training on simulators and on the machine. Effective learning success will be achieved through training in small groups. We offer training seminars for SWITEK robots. The content can be adapted individually to the needs of the participants.

Content

• Explanation of the teachbox user interface
• The manual process and mechanical structure of handling
• Definition of work areas and prohibited areas
• Creation of: Process, reference and filing programs and standard sequences
• Application of mold programs and auto switches

• Shift supervisors
• Machine setters with basic knowledge in electrical engineering, injection molding machinery and the operation of applicances

Objectives

The seminar participant is able to create an entire process program for handling independently, to understand the process and to alter it.
