SWITEK General Terms of Injection Machinery & Parts Purchasing - Despatch

5.1 If not otherwise prescribed in our order, the supplier must choose the most reasonable priced method of despatch.

5.2 Shipments must not be insured at our cost.

5.3 If additional expenses or damages occur due our instruction not being kept to, then they are to be borne by the supplier.

5.4 Liability only passes to us on proper acceptance at th place of fulfilment.
