The layout and design concepts of HMI pages are described in this section; they allow users to determine current system status via the exterior appearance.
After the [Emergency stop] button is pressed by the robot, system status will switch to "Not ready".
After the [Start] button is pressed by the robot, system status will switch to "Start cycle".
The robot will press the [Step] and then press the [Run] button. The system will enter "Step stop" status after the single line teaching program is completed.
Under normal circumstances, the robot will be in the "Ready" status unless it receives an emergency stop signal.
When the dialog box appears, it will be kept at the top most level. Users must close the dialog box before functions on the regular page can be accessed. Users can click on the "X" button on the upper right corner to close the dialog box.
In the design of HMI, selection and switch buttons are frequently used to limit the amount of numerical input by the user.
The bookmark function can be used to switch page content. Currently displayed page will be shown in the same background color as the page.
All numberical values on the system's HMI pages which can be changed will be displayed in seven-segment display font. The system will dynamically change the form of device appearance in accordance with the existing level to remind the user of level change.
