After half a month's hard working, Mr. Peng, who had been working in SWITEK as an after sales engineer since 2013, successfully finished the trial running of the new IML systems in Chile.

Since the first IML system put on market in 2009, SWITEK R&D team had been working hard in the design and manufacturing of IML system for 10 years and a complete production line which include the side entry, top entry IML system for buckets, snack box, cups, lids etc. Not to mention an experienced team of after service engineer with English communication capacity as Mr. Peng to provide our global customers an on site installation and training service.

This is our the first IML project in Chile which is for the production of milk buckets with IML lids. Totally two IML system purchased. One SW832 for the production of 2 IML lids for the buckets. And one SW833 for the production of 0.5L, 1L, 2L, 4L ice cream buckets. To help the customer reduce the facility purchasing cost, our R&D team adopted a modular design of the IML system which enable the production of more than one bucket in the same IML system. After the successful installation of these two system, our customer is satisfied with the service of Mr. Peng and is preparing for the new IML project.
